2010 Commodity Classic / Anaheim, CA @ Anaheim Convention Center

March 4-6, 2010 Commodity Classic is the premier convention and trade show of the U.S. corn, soybean, wheat and sorghum industries. The 2010 Commodity Classic is a joint trade show and convention put on by The American Soybean Association, The National Corn Growers Association, The National Association Of Wheat Growers, and The National Sorghum Producers. The 2008 trade show featured 847 booths that were visited by an all-time record high of more than 4,530 attendees, including more than 145 members of the nations leading media. * 2008 grower attendees said they farm an average of 2,132 total acres. * Over 75 percent of survey respondents said other growers in their area often ask their opinion on new agricultural products and practices. * Over 70 percent of survey respondents said they are one of the first to adopt new products and practices on their operation when they become available in their area. On March 4, Commodity Classic will kick off educational programs with an Early Riser Production Session called “Are You Treating Your Soils Like Dirt?” with speakers Brian and Darren Hefty from Ag PhD TV. Attendees will learn about common nutrient deficiencies, when the best time is to apply fertilizer, responsible nutrient management, and how to determine which nutrients will give you the best return on investment.
